Massage Membership
This membership is for an 60 min or 90 min massage, at least once a month, at the cost of $80 per massage or 90 min massage for $110 per massage There is no limit on how many massages you can get in a month but if you don’t use at least one massage in the month, Karla’s Massage & Bodywork will charge the credit card/debit card on file on the last day of the month and you loss that massage.
Massage by the hour: Effective 1/1/2024.

A Note To My Valued Clients:
Due to charges by credit card companies, I prefer payment by Cash, Venmo Or, Zelle when using these please don't use words. However, if you wish to pay with a Visa or Master Card I accept payment through square and major credit cards.
Returned checks will be charged $25 and will not be accepted again.
Cancellation usually requires a 24 hours of notification. No call, no shows will be on three strikes and you’re out. See cancellation policy.

Text me when you get here wait in your car until I text you may come up. There is no waiting room as of now. No visitors with client at any time.
Cancellation
Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients. We hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request for you to please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. To further support you, there will be no penalties for cancellations at this time.
Tardiness
Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Please be on time to your appointment.
Sickness
Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
Cancellation
You are responsible for paying the missed appointment/late cancellation fees (this is for NO CALL NO SHOWS)
Release of Medical Records
The doctors office will need your written consent to get your records
Late arrivals will be given full massage if it does not interfere with the next client. If it does interfere the massage will be shorted by the amount of time late.
Gift Certificates are available and are not transferable or to me combined.
